Job Skills / RequirementsLuxury HOA Front Desk Coordinator - Marina del ReyGuard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Luxury HOA Front Desk Coordinator for a high-rise condominium property in Marina del ReyThis is a great opportunity for someone with a hospitality, hotel, concierge, front desk, luxury residential, or administrative background who enjoys providing polished, white glove service in a professional environment. This role supports a busy luxury condo HOA and works closely with onsite management. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and service-minded - someone who can greet residents with warmth, assist with daily front desk needs, support management, and keep things moving without needing to be micromanaged. The right person for this role has that "get it done" mentality. You notice what needs attention, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and understand how to represent a luxury property with professionalism.
