This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys operations, team development, and client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Front BarLead daily Front Bar operations and provide shift coverage for call-outsManage same-day schedule changes, service adjustments, and client reschedulingSupport team scheduling, breaks, and workflow across locationsDrive sales goals and deliver exceptional customer serviceAssist with inventory management, ordering, and organizationTravel between locations for operational support, deliveries, and coverageTraining & Team Support Train and onboard Front Bar staff on service, sales, and proceduresMaintain cleanliness and opening/closing standardsSupport team accountability and performance goalsAssist with hiring, interviewing, and onboardingExecutive Assistant Support Partner with leadership (including Hayley) on team communication and schedulingHelp maintain organization and operational consistency across locationsServe as a key holder for all locationsMarketing & Events Support Support Hayley in identifying marketing strategies and opportunitiesShare client insights and store feedback to inform decisionsAssist with executing campaigns as directedAssist with planning and coordinating events for both team initiatives and client engagementSupport influencer communication and coordination for marketing effortsQualifications1–2 years of leadership and/or marketing experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsPassion for skincare and client experienceAbility to work evenings/weekends for events as neededReliable transportation and willingness to travel between locationsCompensation & Perks$24/hr training; $26/hr upon completionMileage reimbursement at $0.725/mile
