This role is strictly focused on daytime operations with absolutely no call, no nights, and no weekends, providing an unmatched work-life balance while offering the choice between a long-term W-2 career or the independence of a 1099 arrangementResponsibilitiesAdminister anesthesia for a varied caseload, including General Surgery, Plastics, Urology, and GYN .Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop patient-specific anesthetic plans.Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthetic depth to ensure patient safety and comfort.Oversee emergence and post-operative recovery, ensuring patients meet all discharge criteria.Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons and nursing staff to maintain efficient surgical flow.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. QualificationsCurrent unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure).National certification by the NBCRNA.Proficiency in managing general surgery, plastics, urology, and gynecological cases.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team-based patient care.Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
