Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesStock and replenish OTCHS product to designated locations in the warehouse. Verify item quantities, product descriptions, and location accuracy while stocking. Move freight from pallets and staging areas into assigned stock locations using safe lifting techniques. Break down master cases and place individual items into correct pick slots. Maintain clean, organized aisles and follow all housekeeping standards. Rotate through OTCHS warehouse functions such as Box Making, Packer, Inductor, Runner, and Auto Bagger as needed. Assist with the handling of overstock, damaged, or mispicked items and return product to proper locations. Follow all safety, quality, and performance guidelines to support accurate fulfillment and a safe working environment. Communicate inventory issues such as shorts, misslots, or low stock conditions to leadership promptly. Support cross-functional warehouse processes during high volume periods or staffing needs. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
