Job OverviewAbacus Staffing is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers (Bilingual preferred) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are packaged correctly and meet quality standards. You will play a crucial part in our production process, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. Duties Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications. Inspect items for quality assurance before packaging. Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper delivery. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the packing process. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any discrepancies or issues with products to supervisors promptly. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing demands.
