A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) - Contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes including developing strategies and sourcing candidates
Champion the candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates
Serve as a consultant to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and selection strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five (5) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
Experience in professional services environments preferred
Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
