Supply Chain / Materials Coordinator

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Supply Chain / Materials Coordinator to work in the Columbus, OH (Pataskala) area.This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)What You'll Be Doing DailyReview material requests to ensure the right materials are available for construction, maintenance, or other projects.Coordinate with Procurement, Expediting, and Supply Chain teams to make sure materials arrive on time and in the right location.Monitor open orders and inventory reports to catch potential issues early, such as missing or delayed materials.Train teammates on the Materials Management system as needed.Serve as a liaison between your business unit and the central Materials Management team, providing feedback and suggesting process improvements.Track performance metrics and take action to meet Supply Chain goals.Handle emergency or special material purchases when required (including at Cook Nuclear Plant).Prepare reports related to procurement, inspections, and material holds.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, or related field; OR Associate's + 2 years of experience; OR HS/GED + 4 years of relevant experience.Experience: Minimum 2 years in Supply Chain or similar role, ideally with material coordination experience.Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, ability to handle emergencies, and flexibility for occasional travel.Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary work, but occasional activity may be required.Mindset: Safety-focused, supporting Accident Prevention and Safety programs.Why This Job is AppealingPlay a key role in keeping projects running smoothly by ensuring materials are available when needed.Work closely with multiple teams and gain exposure to large-scale supply chain operations.Enjoy a variety of tasks, from inventory tracking to process improvement and handling emergency needs.About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS)ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Professional positions.
