As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine cleaning and maintenance, identifying equipment issues, and communicating the need for repairs to your manager to ensure the proper functioning and safety of pools and spas. This role requires attention to detail, light physical labor outdoors, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.QualificationsProficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair recognitionStrong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive MaintenanceExperience with residential pool Maintenance processes and techniquesAbility to work with tools, machinery, and equipment specific to pool and spa maintenanceExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong organizational and communication skillsPhysical ability to perform tasks, including lifting and working outdoorsPrevious experience in pool maintenance or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training are an added advantageThis is a FULL TIME position with a starting hourly wage of $12-$15/hour depending on experience with room for advancement.
