Assistant Maintenance - Houston, TX 77090

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to service requests in a timely manner, and assist with preventative maintenance to keep all systems running efficiently.The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to excellent service are essential.
