📍 Remote | Full-Time | Contractor💰 USD $5–7/hour + Commissions (Non-negotiable)Plugg Technologies is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of one of our clients in the AdTech / MarTech space.We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven SDR to build pipeline, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth in data-driven tech industries.🔎 What You’ll Do• Research and identify potential clients within adtech, martech, and data-driven industries• Generate leads through cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn)• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team• Collaborate with business development on outbound strategies• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and connect with decision-makers• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends• Track performance metrics and optimize outreach processes• Conduct qualification/warm-up calls to support pipeline growth✅ Requirements• 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or SDR roles• Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)• Background in IT or tech-related industries• AdTech or MarTech experience (strong plus)• Strong communication skills• Ability to work independently in a remote environment• Results-oriented and organized
