This role focuses on proactively selling pre-deployed fiber-based broadband assets to a diverse range of business customers. Unlike traditional cold-calling roles, this position provides strategic leads consisting of current customers with high potential for upgrades. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can uncover strategic business priorities, deliver custom solutions, and maintain a high-velocity sales cadence to meet and exceed monthly quotas.Key Responsibilities Lead Management & ProspectingQualifies and engages strategic leads via phone to generate appointments and drive sales migrations.Analyzes current customer profiles to identify opportunities for service upgrades that simultaneously reduce customer costs.Maintains a high-activity daily call volume to build a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.Consultative SellingUtilizes a consultative approach to understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers.Identifies key industry trends and leverages product knowledge to find and close complex sales opportunities.Develops detailed responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and presents tailored products and services to decision-makers.Account Growth & RetentionDevelops new accounts while strategically growing existing ones to ensure long-term revenue retention.Designs strategic initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and solve complex business priorities.Efficiently manages the sales funnel within the company CRM to ensure all interactions and deal stages are accurately tracked.Qualifications, Skills and Key CompetenciesRequired QualificationsExperience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the telecommunications industry.Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with fiber broadband technology and connectivity solutions is highly preferred.Sales Mastery: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Systems: Proficiency in sales funnel management and previous experience using CRM systems.Mindset: A resilient, "move fast" attitude with the ability to learn complex technical products quickly.Why Join This Team?
