HR Manager - Immigration and Onboarding

Job Title: HR Manager - Immigration and Onboarding.FTE Role. Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite. Location: Coppell, TX. Roles & Responsibility :Timely onboarding of client, vendor and candidate(employee, consultant(C2C) & independent contractors(1099))by completing the required documentation using different tools and the required supporting documents stored inplace.As part of New client & vendor onboarding ensure timely completion of documentation including MSA, Addendums, PO/SOW, W9, Direct Deposit Forms, etc.As part of employee onboarding ensure timely generation of joining kit which includes offer letter, I9, E-verify,W4, Direct deposits forms, Employee Information Form, Employee Handbook, Insurance waiver form, etc &collect the required supporting documents and upload in the HRIS tool.As part of consultant onboarding, ensure that the client-specific documents & other required supporting documents including employment authorization document are in place.As part of independent contractor onboarding ensure that the 1099 agreement, W9 form, Direct deposit forms and any client-specific documents are in place.Conduct required background checks in coordination with the BGV vendor, client and applicant before onboarding. Signup and administrate new background screening vendors as per the client requirement. BGVvendors include HireRight, First Advantage, Truescreen, Acheck, Backgroundchecks.com/VendorSafe,SterlingOne, Erailsafe, Infomart etc.Coordinate between client, vendor and consultant to ensure smooth onboarding on time.Proper enrollment of data into the payroll system and provide inputs for the payroll team to process it on-time.Tools include ATS(Oorwin), HRIS(Ceipal), HCM(ADP), File hosting service(DropBox), E-Signature service(DocuSign), Freelancer Management System(Shortlist), VMS(IQ Navigator, Fieldglass), Quick books, etc.Maintain compliant and accurate department records by conducting periodic self-audits.Prepare data/reports as a response for RFI, RFP for new client onboarding and as required for internal as well as external audits.Actively participate in any adhoc projects to ensure smooth completion on time.Regards, Purnima PobbathySenior Technical Recruiter 972 737 8626| |Themesoft Inc |
