Our remote-first team is globally distributed around the world: USA, UK, the Netherlands, Israel, Czech Republic, Serbia, and more.Role overview:We’re looking for a freelance community manager to support day-to-day engagement for Mindrift, with a strong focus on Reddit and LinkedIn.This role combines external community presence (e.g. Reddit) and engagement within our owned spaces (social media). It’s about building credibility outside and sustaining meaningful interaction inside.Key Responsibilities:External engagement (Reddit-first):Monitor and respond to discussions about Mindrift and relevant topics across Reddit (primary), as well as LinkedIn and XActively participate in relevant Reddit threads (AI, freelancing, remote work, domain-specific communities)Initiate conversations where appropriate: asking questions, sharing insights, contributing meaningfully (not promoting)Owned community engagement:Monitor and respond to comments and discussions on Mindrift’s own channels (LinkedIn, social posts)Keep conversations going ask follow-ups, highlight useful contributions, encourage participationAdapt content into formats that spark replies and discussion (not just passive consumption)Help maintain an active, thoughtful, and supportive community toneNice to have:Experience managing founder or brand voices onlineFamiliarity with AI / tech / freelance ecosystemsFormat:Freelance / part-timePayment based on scope or volume of work (to be discussed)Equal Opportunity Employer: Toloka is committed to providing equal opportunity and fostering an inclusive environment.
