Assembler Sr SpecReporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler Sr Spec ensures that manufacturing goals are met safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative team environment.Assist with leading the Team Direct, coach, and develop assemblersProduction Execution Coordinate with the supervisor to balance workloads and monitor line performance to achieve daily output targets and on-time delivery.Quality Assurance Ensure assemblers are working to the highest quality standards by leading and training them in best practicesProcess Improvement Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, improve cycle time, and participate/lead process improvements in PMTBasic QualificationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearanceMinimum of 2-3 years manufacturing and or production experienceCapable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Desired SkillsStrong communication skills with the ability to relay technical information to various levels of management.Ability to work independently without direct supervisionStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issuesExperience identifying non-conformances in parts, equipment, or processes in order to determine root cause of problems and potential corrective actionPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $51300.00 - $95300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
