Analyst of Revenue Management The Analyst of Revenue Management is an execution-focused role responsible for the day-to-day operation of tactical revenue management programs at AEG Fuels. This position ensures that pricing programs run reliably, maintains dashboards and reports, performs quality assurance, and supports analytical requests across the organization. Tactical Program Execution Execute weekly PRM (Programmatic Revenue Management) processes and monitor outcomes Manage expired pricing optimization: identify, analyze, and adjust margins on expired price orders Set up worldwide pricing and margin profiles for new customers Own the Margin Maximization process for dispatch (COR and COM pricing) Execute dormant customer margin resets on quarterly/monthly cycles Aggregator & Customer Operations Handle aggregator maintenance: new customer setup and issue troubleshooting Implement systematic approaches to reducing inactive customer locations Support marketing with targeted customer data for mailing campaigns Reporting & Analytics Maintain and update Revenue Management dashboards in Power BI Build and maintain operational reports for Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders Set up automated alerts for margin anomalies, volume shifts, and error detection Provide ad-hoc analytical support for impact sizing, customer behavior, and segment profitability Quality Assurance & Documentation Validate inputs into RM programs (cost tables, customer mappings, supplier data) Run QA checks on logic changes with before/after comparisons Maintain process documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for all recurring workflows Support standardized intake processes for pricing change requests Team Collaboration Participate in collaborative program design sessions with the Revenue Management team Coordinate with the Manager on program handoffs and data requirements Support cross-functional stakeholders with data requests and operational reporting Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations Solid SQL proficiency (comfortable writing and modifying queries, joins, aggregations) Power BI report creation and maintenance skills Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance mindset Strong documentation and process improvement habits Clear communication skills for stakeholder interactions Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in aviation, fuel, logistics, or distribution industries Familiarity with pricing operations or revenue management concepts Basic Python skills for data manipulation and automation Experience with DAX and Power BI dataflows Background in customer segmentation or margin analysis
