The Role: You will act as a technical advisor for elite Developers and GCs, providing high-IQ precision in budgeting and risk analysis.Key Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive cost estimates for multi-million dollar high-rise residential projects. Use technical expertise to address client pain points and ensure project profitability.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in AEC estimating, specifically within the Miami high-rise sector.Package: $130k – $150k Base + Performance Bonus.
