Job Title: Manager (RN) Bone Marrow Transplant - Oncology Location: Dallas, TexasShift: Full-Time, No WeekendsJob Summary:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Manager for our Bone Marrow Transplant department in Oncology. As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee all department functions supporting the hospital's Mission, Vision, and facility goals. This includes identifying cost-effective systems to support the department's business, establishing effective working relationships with various stakeholders, and ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.Education:Bachelor's degree in nursing requiredMaster's degree in nursing or related field preferred Experience:Five (5) years of management experience, preferably in a hospital settingExperience in personnel management, payroll, budgets, capital, business planning, marketing, and physician relationsPrevious management experience in critical care requiredClinical or leadership experience with the cardiac intensive care population is highly preferred Licensure:Current Texas RN license or compact licenseCurrent AHA or ARC BLS certificationCertification in nursing specialty or leadership preferred Additional Notes:Acute care experience in specialty required (If no Bone Marrow Transplant experience, Oncology experience will be considered)Strong leadership skills over large FTEStrong physician relationship skills Special Notes:FTE: 100Number of Beds: 40Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 3 to 1 (can vary between 2:1 and 4:1) General Comments:Salary Range: $40.79 - $50.99 per hour (Based on 10 years of experience); $61.19 per hour (Based on 20+ years of experience)Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 (usually offers are half those amounts)Relocation Assistance: Up to $12,000 (usually offers are half those amounts)We encourage you to apply if you are a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in Bone Marrow Transplant - Oncology.
