By combining clinical innovation, advanced diagnostics, and data-driven insights, we create programs designed to elevate performance, resilience, and long-term health.Role DescriptionWe’re seeking a strategic, business-minded attorney to join us as a Fractional In-House Counsel (Healthcare & Corporate) based in Miami.This role goes beyond traditional legal support , you will work closely with leadership to ensure Biohax scales strategically, compliantly, and efficiently across both clinical and consumer-facing offerings.You will play a key role in guiding decisions across healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities• Advise on FDA & FTC compliance, including claims, labeling, and marketing (supplements & wellness products)• Provide guidance on healthcare regulatory frameworks (clinical services, wellness model, telehealth if applicable)• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnerships, and commercial agreements• Support marketing and influencer compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory standards• Identify and mitigate legal and operational risks across a growing business• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion plansQualifications• JD and active bar membership (Florida preferred)• Strong background in healthcare law + regulatory compliance• Experience with FDA / FTC regulations (dietary supplements or wellness industry strongly preferred)• Solid corporate / transactional experience• Experience working with startups or high-growth companies• Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance risk and growth• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
