Job Title: In-House Corporate Contract AttorneyLocation: Las Vegas or RemotePay: $190,000-210,000Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leaveRequired Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing4+ years of experience in healthcare law and/or corporate/commercial contracting (in-house or law firm)Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate complex contracts end-to-endStrong understanding of core commercial contract terms, including indemnification, limitation of liability, termination, regulatory representations, and data useExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate legal concepts into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholdersDirect experience with payer/provider contractingFamiliarity with MSO and PC-MSO structuresMeaningful experience drafting and negotiating HIPAA/BAA agreementsBackground supporting multi-state healthcare providers or regulated services platformsKey Responsibilities:Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, with particular emphasis on:Healthcare provider and payer-related agreementsMSO and PC-MSO structured relationships, including management services agreements and supporting schedules/SOWsHIPAA-regulated contracts, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)Partner closely with operations, provider relations, compliance, finance, and leadership to structure business-forward, compliant dealsProvide clear, practical guidance on contract interpretation, risk allocation, obligations, and dispute avoidanceAdvise on healthcare regulatory considerations tied to contracting, including HIPAA, Stark/AKS, Medicare/Medicaid, and applicable state rulesSupport the development and refinement of contract templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting workflowsWhy choose Addison Group?Pay: We negotiate high salaries using US Bureau of Labor StatisticsBenefits & Bonuses: You are eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance benefits, 401K, and monetary bonusesPermanent Employment: Many of Addison’s Administrative job openings lead to potential permanent employmentConnections: You connect directly with hiring managers from renowned organizationsOptions: You are presented multiple employment options near your homeProfessional Development: You are provided hiring process advice, resume revision, and employment term negotiationAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
