Nuclear Programs Engineer

Overview As a technical Program Engineer at Callaway Energy Center, you will lead reliability and optimization efforts for plant systems, guiding issue resolution and engineering evaluations. You will apply standards, operating experience, and NRC/INPO insights to support safety and performance across departments. Your work will shape maintenance strategies, life-cycle planning, and design changes to sustain safe, cost-effective operation.
