Welding Program Engineer

Overview As a technical leader at the Callaway Energy Center, you will optimize and ensure reliability of critical systems while addressing plant issues with a proactive, data-driven approach. You will support cross-functional teams, apply standards and operating experience, and drive engineering solutions that sustain safe, efficient nuclear operations. This role offers scope to influence life-cycle decisions and design basis changes in a safety-focused environment. You will work on meaningful challenges that impact plant performance, safety, and reliability.
