Construction Site Superintendent – Direct Hire Are you a strong leader with a passion for construction and agriculture? We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee field operations and drive successful project execution. This is a direct hire position with a reputable and growing Nebraska-based company.This role requires travel to project sites during the week, with the ability to be home on weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety complianceLead and mentor field teams to ensure productivity, accountability, and high-quality workmanshipCommunicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address challengesMonitor project budgets, track costs, and support accurate financial reportingEnsure all work meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standardsQualifications5+ years of construction experience (agriculture experience preferred)Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite operationsStrong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety regulationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlinesAbout the CompanyOur client is an established agricultural engineering and construction firm based in Nebraska with over 25 years of experience.
