Director Total Rewards
Relate Search has partnered with a leading real estate organization in its search for a Director of Total Rewards to serve as a strategic leader across Compensation & Benefits for a complex, field-driven company. This role will play a critical part in stabilizing and elevating Total Rewards programs, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business performance across a distributed, multi-state workforce.As a key member of the HR leadership team, this individual will partner closely with executive leadership, including the CHRO, to bring structure, consistency, and operational rigor to an evolving Total Rewards function. This is a highly visible, build-and-shape opportunity, blending strategic influence with hands-on execution, to define what "great" looks like for Compensation & Benefits in a growing, service-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, aligning Total Rewards strategy with organizational goals and the realities of a large, hourly, field-based workforce.Drive the design and execution of compensation cycles, improving planning rigor, governance, and overall program effectiveness.Establish and enforce strong audit and compliance practices across pay, timekeeping, and benefits administration to mitigate risk and ensure consistency.Lead and develop a Total Rewards team while optimizing existing systems, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.Qualifications10–15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a strong focus on Total Rewards, including leadership responsibility over Compensation & Benefits functions.Demonstrated experience supporting large, multi-state, hourly, and field-based populations within operationally complex environments.Deep expertise in compensation and benefits design and administration, including experience within self-insured organizations.Strong project management skills, with experience leading benefits implementations and managing compensation cycles end-to-end.Experience with HRIS and compensation tools preferred.Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or certification preferred.J-18808-Ljbffr
