Our mission is to elevate patient outcomes and empower healthcare providers with vital medical knowledge.What You’ll DoAs Sales Director, you will:Develop and lead the overall sales strategy, including annual planning, goal-setting, and forecastingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across pharmaceutical and biotech companies, agencies, and media partnersIdentify and secure new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients across medical content, custom programs, and digital advertisingLead, grow, and mentor a sales team to meet and exceed revenue goalsCollaborate with marketing, product, and editorial teams to shape go-to-market plans and elevate offeringsRepresent MD Newsline at major medical conferences and industry eventsPartner with leadership to develop strategic pricing, packaging, and account expansion strategiesTrack pipeline performance and client KPIs, adjusting tactics to maximize resultsServe as the voice of the client internally, ensuring delivery of best-in-class service and solutionsWhat You’ll BringWe’re seeking candidates with:7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales, preferably within medical media, marketing services, or digital publishingProven track record of securing and growing large-scale partnerships with pharma clients and/or agenciesStrong understanding of HCP marketing and pharmaceutical commercializationExcellent leadership, team-building, and communication skillsComfortable leading high-stakes conversations with brand leads, agency buyers, and executive stakeholdersStrategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExperience with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry eventsPreferred Qualifications:Experience selling medical education, peer-to-peer campaigns, or unbranded contentFamiliarity with healthcare media or marketing solutions.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.What We OfferWe believe in rewarding talent with a competitive and comprehensive compensation package:Base ($120,000 to $200,000/year) + Bonus + Sales Incentives + Profit Sharing + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits + 401K MatchPerformance Bonuses: Annual bonuses tied to your success, with significant earning potential.Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): Be a part of the company’s long-term growth and success.Profit Sharing: Share in the success of the company through our profit-sharing plan.Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.Flexible Time Off: Policies designed to let you take time off to be at your best, both at work and in life.Why Join Us?At MD Newsline, you’ll be at the forefront of healthcare media innovation, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
