Responsibilities: AIA & Progress BillingPrepare and submit monthly AIA G702/G703 pay applicationsMaintain and update Schedule of Values (SOV)Coordinate percent-complete billing with Project ManagersTrack retainage and change orders Receivables & CollectionsMonitor AR agingFollow up with GCs and developers on outstanding invoicesResolve billing disputesCoordinate with accounting on cash application Compliance & DocumentationPrepare conditional and unconditional lien waiversTrack subcontractor/vendor lien documentationMaintain accurate job cost recordsEnsure billing compliance with contract requirements SystemsProcess billing in QuickBooksMaintain organized job filesAssist with month-end reporting Required Experience3+ years construction billing experienceDirect experience preparing AIA G702/G703 formsFamiliarity with SOV and progress billingKnowledge of lien waivers and retainageExperience with QuickBooks or construction accounting software
