Senior Program Manager, Network Management

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Startup Ecosystem to drive execution across Nebius' startup-driven initiatives turning ecosystem strategy into high-impact, scalable outcomes. This role sits at the center of our ecosystem motion, owning end-to-end delivery and coordination of key initiatives across the Startup & Venture organization and broader GTM teams. This is not a traditional project management role — you will operate as a strategic planner and executor, ensuring ecosystem efforts are structured, aligned, and executed with rigor.Drive execution of key ecosystem initiatives across the four core pillars within the Startup & Venture organization~Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong attention to detail and quality~Ensure initiatives are executed in a structured, repeatable, and scalable way~Align timelines, messaging, and target accounts across initiatives to maximize impact~Work closely with leadership to operationalize ecosystem strategy into clear, actionable project plans~Break down ambiguous goals into structured workflows, milestones, and ownership~Enable Pipeline Through Ecosystem Initiatives~Partner with internal teams (Venture, community, industry), Sales, and BDRs to ensure initiatives are designed and executed to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration~Align with GTM teams on target accounts and quarterly priorities~Consistent messaging and outreach across touchpoints~Continuously refine how ecosystem initiatives translate into high-quality, well-coordinated opportunities~Project Operations & Execution Excellence~Delivery against scope, timeline, and quality~Establish strong project governance and execution cadence:~Milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk management~7–10+ years of experience in Project management, Program Management, GTM operations in tech companies~Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to fast-moving environments~GTM and pipeline generation~Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills~Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously~Proficiency in project management toolsBonus~Experience in AI, cloud, or leading technology companies~Strong understanding of the startup and venture ecosystemHealth insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.~Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.~Remote work reimbursement: Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $215k - $275k OTE + equity based on your experience.~Flexible working arrangements.~
