Metrics Advisor (SQL Developer) Location & Hybrid Policy This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Job Eligibility This position is not eligible for current or future visa sponsorship. Job Summary Metrics Advisor is responsible for supporting the company-wide metrics and reporting strategy. How You Will Make an Impact Develop in-depth analytical reports. Provide support for Level I & II analysts. Design formats for data studies and analyses. Work with internal customers to determine additional metrics needed. Design complex systems, databases and reports to analyze and evaluate data from multiple repositories. Work with Advisors to review and interpret data results. Develop written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data. Minimum Requirements Requires BA/BS degree in business or math related field and a minimum of 3 years of data collection and analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Advanced working knowledge of SQL is preferred. Tableau experience is a plus. Understanding of metrics and statistical calculations strongly preferred. Strong presentation and analytical skills preferred. Salary For candidates working in person or virtually in this location, the salary range for this specific position is $84,480 - $126,720.
