Sales Manager ResponsibilitiesDesk and structure deals to maximize gross profit and sales volumeOversee F&I performance to ensure production goals and compliance standards are consistently metEnsure strict adherence to all F&I policies, procedures, and state/federal regulationsMaintain daily oversight of CIT (Contracts in Transit) and cash management processesLead daily sales meetings and conduct ongoing in-store training and coachingImplement action plans for underperforming sales staff and drive performance accountabilityMonitor CRM (DriveCentric) activity to ensure consistent follow-up and process executionManage inventory, including aging units, to ensure proper turn and profitabilityMaintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards aligned with luxury brand expectationsSupport company initiatives and complete additional assigned projects as needed Sales Manager Benefits and CompensationPay Range: $10,000.00 monthly In addition to competitive pay, our benefits are designed to support you and your family...
