Wedding Sales Strategy & Revenue GrowthThe Vice President of Luxury Weddings & Sales is responsible for creating and executing a portfolio-wide wedding sales strategy that drives measurable revenue growth.Responsibilities include:* Lead wedding revenue strategy across all VIVÂMEE properties.* Build annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly wedding sales goals.* Increase wedding bookings, average spend, enhancements, and total event revenue.* Drive conversion from inquiry to tour, tour to proposal, and proposal to contract.* Strengthen luxury wedding packages, pricing, minimums, upgrades, and experiential enhancements.* Partner with marketing to create campaigns that generate qualified wedding leads.* Build sales strategies for peak season, shoulder season, winter weddings, weekday weddings, and premium dates.* Ensure every sales leader understands that Sales Are Sacred because sales fuel opportunity, growth, team development, and guest excellence.⸻2.
