Sr. Litigation & Compliance Paralegal

**Job** **Summary:**The Senior Litigation & Compliance Paralegal is responsible for monitoring and assisting with all litigation matters and discovery issues, as well as providing support for operational and compliance initiatives.Responsible for receiving service of process and coordinating with third-party adjusters and outside counsel on litigation matters. Responsible for monitoring and responding to all administrative complaints. Responsible for managing e-billing and case management software, including necessary reporting for budgets.
