Company Description Family farm that has been owned and operated for 100+ years in the Salinas Valley. We specialize in broccoli, romaine, and spinach production. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Mechanic at Jim Fanoe inc in Salinas, CA. The Farm Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing farm equipment, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently. Qualifications Experience in repairing and maintaining agricultural equipmentKnowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systemsAbility to diagnose and repair mechanical issuesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a teamExperience with establishing maintenence programsFluency in spanish is reccomended but not required
