Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage relationships with plan-client stakeholders, serving as a healthcare consultant
Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews and annual planning sessions with stakeholders
Create and execute strategic retention and growth plans for assigned labor market groups
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Taft Hartley experience in healthcare, plan benefits, or insurance industries
Proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships within health care benefits
Strong business and financial acumen
Experience in fast-growing organizations or managing transformational change
Project management skills to identify and achieve goals
