Senior Client Success Executive
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Executive to serve as a strategic partner for complex employer and health plan clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive multi-year strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and financial priorities
Own revenue retention and growth across assigned accounts, managing renewals and expansion opportunities
Advise clients on industry trends and regulatory changes while representing the company's strategic direction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in strategic account management or healthcare consulting
Deep knowledge of the employer-sponsored healthcare ecosystem
Experience leading executive-level conversations and complex negotiations
Strong administrative/technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
