Senior Analyst Workforce Planning
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve monthly TA capacity planning, translating hiring demand into capacity and recommending actions to close gaps
Build and maintain 24-month forecasts and scenario models connecting hiring plans to resourcing requirements
Produce leadership-ready readouts for stakeholders, clarifying assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs for quick decision-making
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics, planning, strategy, or operations-focused roles
Expertise in spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets/Excel) and building dashboards in BI tools (Sigma or similar)
Experience using AI tools to enhance analytical workflows
Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership
BA/BS or equivalent experience, preferably in a quantitative or math-forward discipline
