Loan Officer Assistant

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant. Key Responsibilities Communicates with customers, real estate agents, and escrows at the start of the transaction Collects necessary customer documentation to complete loan transactions Assists loan originators with preapprovals and loan structuring, updating all parties on loan status Required Qualifications Proficient product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs Ability to analyze tax returns and calculate income for various borrowers Two or more years of recent mortgage operations, underwriting, or processing experience High school diploma or GED; customer service and/or sales experience preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
