Please contact Sirius today for more information.Rotating 12-hour swing shifts:Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PMNight Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AMRotation Pattern: 2, 2,3,2-days for 2 weeks2,2,3,2-nights for 2 weeksWe are seeking a Chemical Manufacturing Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by performing production, packaging, material handling, and compliance-related tasks in a regulated environment. This role requires strong attention to safety, quality, and procedure adherence in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing setting.Key Responsibilities Perform production operations according to established procedures and protocolsExecute packaging operations based on current production guidelinesTransport chemicals and equipment using pumps, piping systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, and dolliesEnsure product quality and quantity throughout all stages of productionWear required PPE, including full-face respirators, gloves, protective suits, and other safety gearClean equipment and work areas after production activitiesHandle waste disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulationsComplete required documentation, including batch records and logbooksCommunicate production status and report any equipment or process deviations to supervisionFollow all safety procedures, quality standards, and operational policiesIdentify and respond to unsafe conditions appropriatelyParticipate in required safety and quality training sessionsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentBasic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree in life sciences preferred1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment (1-2 years preferred for AA candidates)Forklift experience requiredRequired Skills Safe chemical handling practicesStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Basic computer skillsMechanical aptitudeTroubleshooting abilityStrong interpersonal skillsSirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
