Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of mechanics and electrical technicians responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant equipment and facility systems. Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you.Why should you apply?Growth OpportunitiesGreat PayExcellent work environment with growth opportunitiesGreat BenefitsVacation DaysWhat you'll do:Interact with Plant Manager to develop, implement and facilitate training programs for Maintenance Group Leads, Manufacturing Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians.Drive quality in to all we do to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues.Proven project management, time management and leadership skills as well as problem solving and decision-making skills.Define and recommend goals and objectives in each area of the operation.Develop and implement cost control measures, cost estimates, manpower and equipment forecasts and annual facility operating budgets.Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively.Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program with schedules, documentation, and continuous improvement.Manage an MRO inventory system to ensure critical spare parts are available and properly tracked.What we're looking for:3 plus years of manufacturing industry experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills.Equipment maintenanceKnowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.Understanding of budgeting and performance management.Excellent planning and leadership abilities.Experience with electrical systems, conveyors, power equipment vehicles within a manufacturing facility.Proven ability to lead and hold accountable a team of mechanics and electrical technicians.Knowledge of OSHA requirements and commitment to safe work practices.Strong hands‐on troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision required.Excellent reading, communication, and organizational skills.Ask for Jasleenjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
