This role oversees complex projects and cross-functional initiatives while aligning Project Management activities with broader operating company (OpCo) objectives. The Program Manager, In-Building plays a strategic role in financial planning/tracking, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring consistent application of Telamon’s wireless standards and procedures across all deliverables.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategy: Plan and lead Project Management teams in alignment with Telamon’s financial and operational objectives. Monitor performance of Project Management initiatives, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure program activities are fully integrated with broader OpCo and business unit priorities. People Management & Team Development Supervise, coach, and evaluate project management staff. Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor team members on technical and professional performance. Develop capacity management plans and recommend adjustments to staffing levels, including contingent workers. Financial Management Review and validate administrative and associated costs in forecasts and budgets for assigned accounts, maintaining alignment with business unit goals. Maintain and review 12-month rolling forecasts for designated clients, achieving quarterly forecast accuracy within +/- 10%. Validate facility costs for vendor invoices, internal cross charges, and purchases for assigned facilities/programs. Approve and monitor Oracle charges on assigned administrative projects, ensuring all costs are properly tracked and justified. Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition across all assigned projects and programs. Oversee the profitability of assigned projects/programs, identifying risks and escalate to the senior leadership as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for Project Management operations, facilitating communication with stakeholders and internal departments. Collaborate with other business units to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement. Keep senior management informed on key performance metrics, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, cycle times, and customer satisfaction. Managerial Responsibilities Will manage Project Management staff. Physical Demands Office work that is sedentary and requires sitting or standing for long periods, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity including close vision. Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds of computer equipment or paper). May be required occasionally to stoop or kneel. Ability to push, pull, bend, lift, and reach. Ability to drive to and from customer sites as needed. Travel/Shift Requirements: Travel up to 25% Skills and Abilities Required: Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor staff, and build a high-performance Project Management culture. Demonstrated capability to manage through influence, resolve team conflicts, and coach both direct and indirect reports. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to escalate appropriately and act independently when needed. Deep understanding of wireless in-building networks. Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills applied in technical and operational contexts. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing technical documents and program deliverables. Expertise in program management methodologies, including risk assessment and resource allocation. Ability to manage program P&L, forecast financial outcomes, and adjust plans to meet performance targets. Demonstrated experience overseeing complex, multi-phase projects with interdependencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to build productive relationships across departments, facilitate meetings, and drive alignment. Skilled in presenting performance metrics and recommendations to senior leadership. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required. Minimum of 10 years' experience in Telecommunications.
