This role supports a highly specialized surgical environment and requires strong cardiac and open‑heart experience. Unit & Facility Details Operating Rooms: 8 Unit Staff: 25 EMR: Meditech Located Within: Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center Staffing Structure Day Shift (7a-5:30p): Charge RN RNs Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) Anesthesia team Strong service line leadership support Night Shift: On‑call team Patient Ratios 1:1 Equipment Full range of pediatric surgical equipment Belmont rapid infusion system Required Qualifications Must‑Have Skills Candidates without these will not be considered: Minimum 2 years of OR experience Ability to function across multiple surgical service lines Cardiac / Open‑Heart surgery experience Preferred Skills Candidates with these will be prioritized: Pediatric OR experience CVOR / Cardiac specialty experience Procedures Performed The Pediatric OR supports a wide range of surgical specialties, including: Orthopedic ENT Urology Spine General surgery GYN Endoscopy Plastics Cardiac Candidate Profile Best Personality Fit Strong teamwork mindset WHY JUDGE HEALTHCARE?
