If you would like to help us achieve our mission, please apply for the following opportunity.DescriptionService Coordinator - Tax CreditFulltime | 40 hours per weekSchedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm (with flexibility)Location: Madison, WILutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a fulltime Service Coordinator to support residents across our Tax Credit properties in Dane County providing onsite services that promote housing stability and resident wellbeing. The locations of the various properties include Madison, Monona, Oregon, Verona, Fitchburg, McFarland, and Sun Prairie, WI.The Housing Tax Credit (HTC) program-also known as LIHTC, Affordable Housing, or Workforce Housing-was created to encourage private investment in affordable rental housing for low to moderateincome households, seniors, and people with special needs. Administered in Wisconsin by WHEDA, the program requires developments to remain affordable longterm and to reserve some units for households earning no more than 30% of the County Median Income (CMI), while also allowing a mix of higher CMIs and marketrate units.This is a full-time, benefit eligible opportunity!
