Watercraft PWC Technician

Job Description Broward Motorsports of Ft. Lauderdale is looking for a PWC Service Technician to join our team. Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a PWC technician. We're looking for someone who cares about the quality and integrity of their work. Compensation based on experience.What we are looking for:· Thorough knowledge of PWC. Electrical and electronics troubleshooting skills a must.· Knowledge of major powersports brands preferred.· Must have own tools.· Must be detailed oriented.· Non-smoker preferred. Absolutely NO DRUGS.· Must be clean and neat in appearance.· Bring a good work ethic and good attitude.· Lightspeed knowledge.· Certification in any or all of the following: Yamaha, Kawasaki, BRP Sea-Doo or ScarabJob Details:– Perform service and repair on Yamaha, Kawasaki, BRP Sea-Doo or Scarab (PWC and Boats)– Accept work from the Service Writer/Manager– Work with the Parts Department to request parts in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer service– Ensure paperwork is completed in a timely manner.– Minimize comebacks by taking time to ensure all work is completed properly.Requirements:– Current Driver's License– Own set of tools– Clean DMV RecordPhysical Demands:– Be able to sit, stand, reach, stoop, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, push/balance units as heavy as 800 pounds.Benefits:· Medical coverage with employer contribution for employee.· Dental and vision plans.· 401K and AFLAC plans available.· Paid vacation after 1 year of employment.· Paid sick days.· Paid holidays.· Ongoing training and development.· Employee discount program.We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.***Pay commensurate with experience.
