Successful Client Success Executives are able to build trusted relationships with their clients. They maintain high client retention by serving as the primary points of contact and utilizing effective verbal and written communication. This involves communicating campaign updates to clients, coordinating between clients and team to finalize and implement deliverables, and ultimately showcasing success through organization, collaboration, and communication. So, what does the day-to-day look like for a Client Success Executive? This role is immersive and dynamic, which means that every day will be different. However, at its core, you'll be responsible for: Overseeing and guiding client relationships by staying in frequent communication with them to relay their campaign progress and results. Collaborating with the Product Managers (SEO/PPC), Manager, and Specialists on the team to ensure client vision is executed. High-level project management to support the SEO/Paid Ads team with client feedback and relevant information to complete campaign deliverables. Managing client campaigns in tandem with Product Managers (SEO/PPC), Manager, and making sure that high-quality work and results are completed and delivered for client campaigns. This job might be a fit for you, if you have: 5 years experience. Strong understanding of SEO and PPC is preferred. An understanding of other marketing channels may be helpful (e.g. Content Marketing, Outreach Campaigns, Digital PR, CRO, Marketing Automation, and Social Media Marketing). Strong client communication and relationship skills - we want someone that loves this focus and thrives in all forms of written and verbal communication. Strong team collaboration skills. High-level project management skills. Ability to pull, analyze and report on data (e.g. Google Analytics/ GA4). Familiarity with popular SEO/Paid Ads tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.). Technical SEO and general marketing experience to explain website issues, recognize opportunities, and convey the value of them to clients. A love of continued education to consistently stay on top of digital marketing trends.
