Location Phoenix, AZ – Required hybrid Key Responsibilities Frontend Development: Build responsive high‐performance UI using Reactjs, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI libraries; develop reusable components with unit testing; optimize front end applications for maximum speed and scalability. Backend Development: Design and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs; develop microservices with clean architecture and secure integrations; implement server‐side business logic, caching, and data storage solutions. Cloud AWS: Design and deploy cloud‐native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, EKS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, DynamoDB, RDS, SNS, SQS; implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, or similar; ensure infrastructure follows best practices in security, scalability, and cost optimization. Required Skills 8 years of hands‐on full stack development experience. Strong expertise in Reactjs, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. Backend experience in Nodejs, Java, or similar languages. Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and hands‐on experience with major services. Experience with microservices, serverless frameworks, and API‐first architecture. Solid understanding of DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Excellent problem‐solving skills and ability to mentor team members. Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90,000 – $120,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
