Job Title: .Net Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX Job Type: Permanent HireSalary range: $125K with benefitsJob Description:.Net FSDRoles & ResponsibilitiesFull Stack EngineeringStrong experience in .NET / C# (back end services) — explicitly requested in DS Support Summary (“need more of a .NET based development team”)React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks for front endAPI development using FastAPI, Node.js, or .NET Web API (as referenced in WAB full stack JD)Database experience:PostgreSQL (preferred for ORM support)SQL Server / general SQL expertiseStrong understanding of authentication standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SSO)AI & Automation (Nice to Have)Understanding of AI-assisted development workflowsExposure to AI marketplace concepts, prompt engineering, or reusable agent developmentExperience integrating with AI services (Azure OpenAI / cloud LLMs)ResponsibilitiesDevelop high quality full stack applications using .NET, React, and API frameworksUse GitHub Copilot to accelerate development cycles, unit tests, and documentationBuild secure authentication flows and integrate enterprise identity providersDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)Work closely with architects (team already has an AI/Tech architect per your context)Participate in agile ceremonies — aligns with WAB’s “strong agile transformation” expectationsCollaborate with cross functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, Security Ops, Governance)Rapidly prototype and iterate — expectation from WAB product owners that team should “rapidly prototype, iterate and deliver results quickly”
