What you get to do every day Work full‑cycle deals from demo to close. Research and target companies using prospecting tools. Build and manage a pipeline. Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers. Negotiate contracts. Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce. Successfully utilize all sales‑tech tools. What you bring to the role At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably at a startup. A demonstrated track record of exceeding quota. A passion for closing deals and delivering concrete value to businesses. Solution‑oriented mindset: recognize objections and help customers see value. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – people trust you and feel you are advocating for something you believe in. Experience with high‑velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses. Resilience – bounce back from setbacks quickly, resourceful, and creative. Comfortable with sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs. Passion for solving big problems and having an immediate impact. Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable. Willingness to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations. Located in the Mountain or Pacific time zone. Compensation On‑target earnings (OTE) for this role are $150,000 – $155,000, including a base salary of $77,500 and a variable target compensation of $77,500.
