We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.About The RoleWe're looking for a Founding Senior Product Manager to lead zero-to-one product development within our healthcare team. You'll play a foundational role in shaping both what we build and why we build it. This isn't about managing a roadmap that's already set, but about creating it from scratch. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and customers to identify the highest-impact opportunities and turn them into AI-powered products that improve patient access and streamline provider operations.As one of the earliest Product Managers on the healthcare team, you'll define the standards for how we build, establishing the vision, frameworks, and product practices that will guide future hires. You'll turn ambiguity into actionable product direction, translating messy workflows into clear strategies and building systems that scale with the needs of providers and patients.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full product lifecycle-from discovery and strategy to execution and iteration-across one or more major healthcare product areasLead zero-to-one product development: identify unmet needs, validate opportunities, define MVPs, and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environmentConduct customer and user research with healthcare providers, operational leaders, and patient-facing teams to deeply understand workflows and pain pointsDevelop clear product requirements and work closely with engineering to ensure fast, high-quality executionDefine and track success metrics tied to operational efficiency, patient experience, and business impactBring structure and clarity to ambiguity, making thoughtful decisions with limited dataCollaborate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market, operations, and customer success to ensure successful rollout and adoptionShape the product culture, processes, and long-term roadmap for a rapidly scaling healthcare business lineMove at rocket speed, build something massive.We're scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. If you're hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.Requirements2+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of owning major product initiativesExperience building early-stage, zero-to-one, or rapidly iterating products in an entrepreneurial environmentStrong product intuition paired with a data-informed approach to prioritization and decision-makingAbility to translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiencesHighly comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited resources, and evolving prioritiesDeep curiosity about healthcare delivery, patient experience, and operational challengesWillingness to work in person at our office 5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
