The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting training programs, maintaining HR policies, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.QualificationsStrong knowledge of HR principles, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance managementExperience in compliance with employment laws, HR policy development, and conflict resolutionAbility to develop and deliver employee training and engagement programsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProficiency in HR software and tools for tracking and managing HR processesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plusProven experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within the energy or logistics sectorA results-driven approach with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
