Senior Global Director Communications

**This Role will be based near Boston and will require relocation which will be supported by the client**This role will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances the company’s reputation across all groups. This is a high impact leadership role for a communications professional who can drive cohesive messaging and elevate the company’s presence in a public company environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the overall corporate communications function, including internal and external communications • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies that support business priorities and investor expectations • Oversee brand messaging, marketing communications, and digital/social media presence • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on communication strategy, positioning, and messaging • Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels and audiences • Manage crisis communications and protect the company’s public image • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, HR, marketing, and investor relations teams Qualifications: • Prior experience as the top communications leader in a publicly traded company • Strong expertise across corporate communications, marketing, digital, and social media • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at the executive level • Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills
