The role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team members, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and driving sales. You will also assist in staffing and training, inventory management, and promoting brand standards to enhance customer experiences. Qualifications Experience managing daily operations, scheduling, and inventory control in a food service or retail setting.Strong leadership, team management, and employee training skills to foster a positive work environment.Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic financial management.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one promptly upon hiring.
