Onsite - San Antonio, TXPARS Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist in the San Antonio, TX area to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape an interdisciplinary, patient-centered care model by contributing to the development of a collaborative and high-performing therapy team.Essential Job Functions:Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients in accordance with the physician's orders and individualized Plan of CareDesign and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises and activities tailored to each patient's communication goalsProvide counseling, education, and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment processEstablish measurable goals and track patient progress, identifying both improvements and ongoing challengesEnsure proper setup, use, and sterilization of speech therapy equipment in accordance with safety protocolsReview patient records prior to sessions to develop a clear, personalized treatment approachParticipate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current with advancements in speech-language pathologyWhy Join Us?Multiple major medical plans (Medical, Dental & Vision)Spousal insurance options401(k) plans availablePaid Time Off (PTO)Internal awards and recognition programsSupportive team environment with flexible scheduling optionsRequirements:Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and active license to practice in the state of TexasMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programProficient with clinical documentation systems and related software used for reporting and patient recordsSolid understanding of and adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy lawsExperience managing confidential and sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalismComfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues related to speech therapy tools and digital platformsMust be able to perform duties primarily in a standing positionFriendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills, especially when explaining procedures and treatment plansStrong sense of accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail in documentation
